Commercial leases vary but in general divide into Leases of less than 4 years 9 months (short term Leases) and Leases for 10 years and more (long term Leases).
Usually our fee for a short Lease is €1,750 plus VAT in addition to outlays including stamp duty, searches and registration costs and which we will quantify for you when we receive legal documentation.
